I'm not to sure if this is a bump, but seeing as this is still on the first page I guess it's alright?
I believe Greed Corp has everything it needs. If DLC/Expansions/Etc. (more content eg more maps) were released I would buy them right away.

I would love it if you guys came out with a sequel to Greed Corp still set in Mistbound (mistbound is awesome btw. can't wait to see what's next.) But for the sequel there could be so many things that would just make the game even better. Obviously a level editor, with just basic options (eg height, time, fog, tiles, etc). There could also be some new modes, like Capture the ______. The object you are trying to capture would have x "HP", and by sending walkers at it you would lower its health and whoever gets it to 0 would capture it and win. It seems like that would lead to some intense multiplayer, with all sides strategically placing harvesters or using cannons to cut off their opponents. Another mode could be Domination and there would be a set amount of turns and whoever was in possession of the most tiles when there are no more turns left would win. That could also be intense with different levels of height and people trying to take out enemy tiles with harvesters and defending their own tiles etc etc. If any new modes were added it would be cool if they had editable options so you could choose how many turns there were or how much "HP" something has.

To add a little more depth you could add different types of tiles like floating steel tiles that would never break but would be unable to get harvested. There could be harvestable tiles that wouldn't lower in height or there could be tiles that wouldn't lower from a cannon shot. In order to even things out though these tiles would have to lower from either a cannon shot or harvesters because if they never lowered it could effect gameplay. You could also add stations/towers/statues that would already be on the map, and in your possession you would recieve special benefits eg +5% income or -3g on cannonballs. Anything to that effect. These structures should be able to get destroyed.

Maybe the final things you could add are some new types of infantry? They would all do the same damage, but some types could hold more in a single tile? The types who could hold less in a single tile would cost less. An example would be:

Rookie Walkers - 14 per tile - 1g
Walkers - 16 per tile - 2g
Tactical Walkers - 18 per tile - 3g

My last idea would be multiple campaigns or campaign options. You could choose a specific faction to campaign as and the story for each side would be different all the way through, and maybe that way there can be more information about Mistbound? (: Maybe there could be different campaign modes. An example would be a hard mode where the AI was given more beginning tiles or more beginning money. Another could be a low budget campaign where you recieve 15% less supporting funds. You could add co-op options where you can team up locally or over live to go through the campaign with a friend/somebody. If there was a level editor maybe you could be given the option to string together a custom campaign using the levels that you have created. Going off of the custom campaign thing, it would be sweet if you could play your own custom maps or campaigns over live.

These are all of my ideas that may make the game more interesting. They were just suggestions, so please don't flame me @_@

If there are any errors, forgive me it's late and I'm very tired.

Tomorrow April 8 it will be 6 weeks since the console version release.
The PC version was supposed to be released 6-8 weeks after, so when is it going to be released for PC?
I would also like to know if it will have additional features compared to the console version or if it will be identical.
I would also like to know if it will be localized, because I would love a localization in the main languages, especially Italian!
I hope we can know soon the exact release date, price and the platforms it will be released for.
Thank you for beautiful and clever game!
Giorgio

I think the music choices in these game are a little thin to not support playing our own music on PS3. Can you please add this? The music you included to start was great, but it's getting a little repetitive now.

Thanks!

Hi guys,

First of all, thanks to everyone at W!Games for making a very accessible yet deep strategy game, I've definitely been getting my money's worth with the single player campaign and by getting my ass kicked in multiplayer, heh.

One thing I found, though, is that it can be a little difficult to see the height of tiles when you're in a hurry. Unless I'm missing something, the current method is to move the cursor over each tile to see the number of dots, which represents the height of the tile.

While I understand that time management is an important aspect of the game, it sometimes feels a little frustrating that I'm being penalized for not being able to move the left analog stick fast enough to go over all the tiles. I like the 60 second timer, but I feel that players should feel constricted by the speed of the mental, not physical, actions.

In Pixeljunk Monsters, a tower defense game on the Playstation Network, the player builds various towers to repel increasing waves of enemies. These towers can be upgraded to various levels, each with different benefits. When the player character is standing away from a tower, the game does not display the level of the tower, similar to how there is no obvious graphical display of the height of a tile in Greed Corp when the cursor is not over the tile. When the player character moves in front of one of these towers, however, Pixeljunk Monsters shows the level of the tower, similar to how Greed Corp graphically indicates the height of each tile when you pass the cursor over a tile.

However, Pixeljunk Monsters also allows the player to see the level of ALL tower, even when the player character is nowhere near a tower, by pressing a shoulder button on the gamepad.

Perhaps W!Games could make the left or right button the directional pad display something which indicates the height of all tiles? This information would therefore not clutter the screen, as it would be concealed until the player pressed the appropriate button. Also, all players would have access to this information, and would then be limited only by their ability to think in under 60s.

I believe that this will help to level the playing field, as a player's level of knowledge (ie, height of tiles) is not constrained by their physical ability to move the left stick (a restraint which is specific to each player).

Thanks for reading, I'm interested to see what you guys think
